where has the summer gone

Well, lots has happened since the last posting! I really need to do these updates more often! :) Pat joined an adult hockey league over the winter and has continued to play year around (he loves it). In the spring we went to the circus and rode an elephant, fed the Easter bunny some healthy snacks in exchange for candy, we met our favorite neighbors in the Dells to play at an indoor water park, took up the hobby of beer brewing (yummy), watched Pat run the Chicago rock and roll half marathon and saw sesame street live. We spent the summer swimming and bike riding almost daily, along with joining the children's reading program at the library. We finally got the chance to take another canoe trip in the BWCA while the boys spent the week with grandma and grandpa Reid and Samson in ND! This fall Mary and the boys also started at the YWCA child care center in La Crosse and are enjoying the change :)
